Allied Buying Group (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) provides a mobile messaging program (the “Program”). By enrolling, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Marketing Program Terms and Conditions. Participation implies acceptance of binding individual-only arbitration for dispute resolution.
User Opt In: Users receive SMS/MMS messages through affirmative enrollment. The company may send autodialed or prerecorded marketing messages. Consent to receive such messages is not required to make any purchase. Data rates may apply.
User Opt Out: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to discontinue. These are the only reasonable methods of opting out.
Program Description: Users receive messages regarding marketing and sales of digital/physical products, services and events.
Cost and Frequency: Up to 4 messages monthly, plus periodic additional messages based on interaction. Data rates may apply.

Age Restriction: Users under 13 cannot participate. Users 13–18 need parental consent.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes proceed to binding arbitration in Walpole, Massachusetts under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. Individual arbitration only — no class actions permitted.
